BJK Global as an institution takes privacy and confidentiality seriously and we recognize that your account number is a personal information and should be protected to make your transaction experience with us seamless. Complying with CBN, NDPR, GDPR, NITDA and other applicable regulations, continuing to use any of our transaction platform whether online or our physical touchpoints indicates that you accept and consent for us to securely store, process and transmit your data for the purpose of operating your account and personal data by BJK Global .
2. BJK Global may offer services through various channels not limited to WhatsApp, Email, SMS, USSD, NEFT, IMPS & UPI hereon referred to as ‘the service".
3. We can collate information about you from a wide range of sources, such as loan application documents, account opening, website visits, applications, identification documents, personal financial statements, business relationship with key staff, and other third parties (guarantor documents, next of kin information, credit bureaus, payment gateways, other financial institutions…) and other written or electronic communications reflecting information such as your name, address, occupation, employers, identification numbers, biometric information, telephone numbers, declared assets, income, telephone conversation when you call our customer care lines and any other information we consider necessary.
4. The collection and use of your personal data by BJK Global is guided by certain principles. These principles state that personal data should be kept for the necessary purpose of processing, obtained lawfully, in a transparent manner and for a lawful purpose. And if the data/account number is inaccurate, steps would be taken to rectify or erase such data. Data should be kept safe from unauthorized processing, and accidental loss, damage or destruction using adequate technical and organizational measures.
Your account number and any other personal information you provide will be used with your consent, or under the following under listed instances:
Circumstances where processing of account number and personal data is required in compliance with legal and/or regulatory requirements. Circumstances where it required in the interest of our operations provided it is not in conflict with the requirement for the protection of your personal data. Our operations may include:
Updating and enhancing our records, executing your instructions, establishing your identity and assessing all our platforms and touchpoints, contacting you when necessary, account analysis, complying with our legal obligations and assisting government and law enforcement agencies or regulators/staff managing our relationship with you to give you a seamless experience on our platforms.

9. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Customer and the BJK Global and supercede all prior agreements.
10. By using the service the Customer confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 or such legal age as he/she must have reached under the laws governing birthing that are applicable to him/her. Irrespective of national regulations concerning the legal age, however, BJK Global does not accept any user under the age of 18. BJK Global reserves the right to verify any Customer's statement of age and to exclude Customers from our services, if there are any doubts regarding the attainment of the minimum age required. Any Customer using our services, who is identified as underage, shall have all his/her account blocked immediately.
11. BJK Global does not warrant the constant availability and functionality of all or any services offered by BJK Global. BJK Global may not be held liable and will be held harmless by the Customer for any damages, losses, costs, loss of profits or any other disadvantage a Customer may incur in connection with any disconnection, error in analysis from or the non-availability of any of the services offered by BJK Global for whatever reason.
12. BJK Global cannot be held liable in any case for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the service or by its contents or by the contents provided by a third party.
13. All indicated dates and times on our servers are based on WAT (West Africa Time) unless stipulated otherwise.
14. Any exception to the existing Terms of Use will be communicated in written form to the Customer. Any verbal statement made by BJK Global employees or affiliates will not be considered in case of a dispute.
15. Transaction contract, as well as any other legal relationship between the Customer and the Company, for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Nigerian laws.
16. Transactions on BJK Global site is available in Nigerian Naira (NGN) only.
AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF USE
1. The Terms of Use can be amend at any time by BJK Global at our own discretion. All changes will become effective immediately on our website.
2. If you consider any amend carried out to be intolerable, kindly Contact Us .
3. The continued use of our Service after the date when the Terms of Use are meant to come into effect will correspond to a complete acceptance of the revision performed, whether or not the changes have been acknowledged.
MANAGING AN ACCOUNT
1. Each Customer who wants to have access to services offered by BJK Global must open a transaction Account. By opening an account with us, the User warrants that he/she has reached the minimum legal age for participation. In addition by opening a BJK Global account, the User confirms that he/she retains the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us. If one of these conditions is not respected the User's account will be closed and all other necessary measures will be implemented.
2. When a new account is opened, Customer is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-date data of all the personal information and contact details provided, including name and age, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address etc. BJK Global reserves the right to close/suspend the Account when the information provided is deemed to be false or inaccurate.
3. Actual password is not stored on our site, only the mathematical representation was stored. All personal data is stored with encryption in our database and will not be passed on to third parties unless recurring the terms set out in the Privacy Policy Section. BJK Global reserves the right to relay suspected offender's saved details to authorities or any other authorized third party, which deals with investigation.
4. Any account registration will be subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
5. In accordance with the legal period of warranty requested by law all the personal details saved in our system will only be deleted at your express request after the expiration of the respite period of seven (7) years.
6. A closed Account may be reopened when requested by its owner and granted by the us. In such circumstances, he/she will be subject to the Terms of Use that are in force at the date of the re-opening.
7. BJK Global retains the right to exclude Users from our services at our discretion. In this case we will refund the residual balance in the Account, by any payment methods adopted subsequently by the customer upon their appropriate verification. If the Account has been closed due to an infringement pursuant to the Terms of Use or to a prohibited behaviour leading to Fraud or whatsoever Criminal Activity, we shall exercise patience upon investigation.
LEGAL USE OF OUR WEBSITE & ITS COMPONENTS
1. Under no circumstances shall our Website be used for any purpose different from personal entertainment without our express consent. BJK Global is not liable for any attempts to use the services offered by means or ways not intended by us.
2. All Trademarks, Domains name, Terms of Use, Logos, Images and any other material used by or in BJK Global’s products (Ex. graphics, pictures, text etc.), as well as any other content or underlying idea that can be found within our Website, are owned by BJK Global and protected by copyright in their entirety and may not be modified, reproduced and redistributed, in whole or in part, without BJK Global’s express previous written permission. All necessary legal actions will be undertaken in order to ensure compliance to this policy.

In such circumstances the Customer may be asked to accept further Terms and Conditions related to the utilization of the new software. Any attempt to interfere with, modify or reverse engineer any software provided is strictly prohibited.
8. BJK Global is not liable for any possible IT failures caused by the electronic equipment used by the Customer while accessing our Website or for faults due to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) used by the Customer while accessing our Website.
9. BJK Global also assumes no liability for corrections, completions or up-to-date of the information services provided neither for the accuracy of accounts & server statistics available on our website.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE & FROM YOUR WEBSITE
1. The Customer may link to our home page, provided he/she does so in a website owned by him/her, and in a way that is fair and legal, does not cause Denial of Service Attack (DSA) and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Links may not be established in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, sponsorship or endorsement on our part without our express written consent.

COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS
1. If you wish to make a complaint or a suggestion regarding our Company , our Website or any of our services offered, you can use our ' Contact Us ' and fill the form or send us an email through bjkaytunsglobal@gmail.com. In case of complaint, our Admin will respond appropriately.
2. No complaints will be heard by us if they are not raised through our Admin within 7 days from the event occurrence date.
3. Offensive or rude language, as well as malicious or damaging comments, and slanderous mail will not be tolerated while contacting our Admin or while discussing our services in any media, social network or forum. Any infringement of this policy will result in a suspension of the Account or in every additional action as may be required in order to ensure compliance.
WAIVER

SEVERABILITY
1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect other provisions of these Terms and Conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.
2. In such instances, the part declared invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, BJK Global's original intent.
RESPONSIBLE USAGE
1. At any time the Customer may request to our Admin temporary or permanent self-exclusion from our services as well as the closure of his/her account. We will use all our reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with self-exclusion; however you accept that we are not liable if you manage to by-pass our security measures in circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control.
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
1. Any other legal relationship between our Customer and BJK Global , for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Nigerian laws.
PALPABLE ERRORS
1. Some circumstances may arise where a transaction is confirmed or a payment is performed, by us in error. The following is a non-exhaustive list of such circumstances:
• Whenever the prices offered at the time transaction occurred are clearly wrong,
• Whenever a settlement error is made while computing or crediting your account,
• Any other situation that may be referred to as an error.
In all these cases BJK Global reserves the right to cancel all the transactions accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-setting all the transaction at the correct amount that should have been available at the time the transaction was placed in the absence of the error.
2. The Customer has an obligation to inform BJK Global as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited on his/her account. BJK Global may at any time correct the error by adjusting the Member's balance.
3. BJK Global is not liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Transactions placed in order to cover previously flawed transactions will stand valid if not impaired by errors.
4. In the event of any dispute, the Customer agrees that the records of our server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.
TERMINATION
BJK Global shall have the right prior to accepting any member or transaction, to suspend temporarily or to terminate permanently, the provision of financial services to a Customer without providing any reason.
These General Terms and Conditions are effective from 01/01/2020 to date.

We will use all our reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with self-exclusion; however you accept that we are not liable if you manage to by-pass our security measures in circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control.
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
1. Any other legal relationship between our Customer and BJK Global , for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Nigerian laws.
PALPABLE ERRORS
1. Some circumstances may arise where a transaction is confirmed or a payment is performed, by us in error. The following is a non-exhaustive list of such circumstances:
• Whenever the prices offered at the time transaction occurred are clearly wrong,
• Whenever a settlement error is made while computing or crediting your account,
• Any other situation that may be referred to as an error.
In all these cases BJK Global reserves the right to cancel all the transactions accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-setting all the transaction at the correct amount that should have been available at the time the transaction was placed in the absence of the error.
2. The Customer has an obligation to inform BJK Global as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited on his/her account. BJK Global may at any time correct the error by adjusting the Member's balance.
3. BJK Global is not liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Transactions placed in order to cover previously flawed transactions will stand valid if not impaired by errors.
4. In the event of any dispute, the Customer agrees that the records of our server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.
TERMINATION
BJK Global shall have the right prior to accepting any member or transaction, to suspend temporarily or to terminate permanently, the provision of financial services to a Customer without providing any reason.
These General Terms and Conditions are effective from 01/01/2020 to date.
